Ordering

• Orders close 3 days before delivery days.

• Deliveries are made Tuesdays and Fridays.

• You can choose your meals weekly or go with Chef’s Choice.

• If you don’t choose in time, Chef’s Choice will be sent based on your saved preferences.

Delivery

• Meals are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated on the day of delivery.

• Customers must be available to accept delivery during their scheduled time slot.

• Frozen storage: Meals may be frozen on the day of delivery and stored for up to 1 month.

• Frozen meals should be defrosted overnight in the fridge before use.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are paid in advance via a secure Direct Debit provider.

• They auto-renew weekly unless paused or cancelled before the weekly cut-off.

• Chef’s Choice will be used if meals aren’t selected before the cut-off.

• Subscriptions can save you up to 15%, plus discounted or free delivery depending on your tier.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled or amended up until the order cut-off.

• Refunds are not available after the cut-off unless due to a quality issue.

• Any complaints must be sent via email to info@mealprepexpress.co.ukwithin 24 hours of delivery, with photographs if applicable.

• Complaints will be handled case-by-case.

Allergens & Dietary Info

• All ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on packaging.

• Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so cross-contamination is a risk, despite best efforts.

• All meals are halal and vegetarian options are available for all dishes.

• Some meals are suitable for freezing and half portions are available for smaller appetites.

• You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content or material without written permission.

Changes to Terms

• Meal Prep Express reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Changes will be effective immediately and posted on the website.
